Carol Service - Warley Woods Methodist Church

The choir were on form at Warley Woods Methodist Church for their Carol Service.

The choir were joined by the Abbey Road Junior School Choir.

The congregation were treated to items such as, O Holy Night and even a duet by the choir’s MD, Steve Allen and one of their accompanists, John Barber!

The choir’s next concert will be their popular “Carols & Brass” concert at Quinton Methodist Church, on Saturday 17th December.

The Warley Male choir was formed in Smethwick in 1943 by a group of Air Raid Wardens who wanted to continue friendships made during the war.  Click here for more details...

Joining The Choir

The choir is always on the lookout for new members...

Can you sing? Or read music? Quite a few choir members couldn’t  when they first joined the choir. It isn’t a prerequisite to be able to  read music (but it helps!).
